Congratulations for successfully registering a team at Oxfam Trailwalker (OTW) this year! We would like to express our gratitude to you and your teammates for raising funds to support Oxfam’s poverty alleviation and emergency relief projects in Africa and Asia, including Hong Kong and mainland China. Special thanks also go to our Principal Sponsor, Futu Securities and other key sponsors and supporting organisations for providing their invaluable support to Oxfam Trailwalker this year.

To prepare your team better for the event, please pay attention to the following information:

1. Event Information and Tees

Teams having paid the registration fee are welcomed to collect the Event information and 4 pieces of Tees in September. (Exact period will be announced later) If your team has not indicated your preferred sizes before, please kindly send an email to otwinfo@oxfam.org.hk for arrangement. Please note the T-shirts of different sizes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and non-exchangeable.

2. Collection of Sponsoship and Team Withdrawal

All teams (including those teams which withdraw without a written notice or absent / withdraw on the event day) must raise a minimum sponsorship of HK$8,000, except for Invited Teams and Pledge Teams, which must raise at least HK$38,000 and HK$72,000 respectively. Oxfam Hong Kong reserves the right not to accept applications for future Oxfam Trailwalker events from any member of a team who has failed to raise the minimum donation. Please refer to "Rules and Regulations" for details of withdrawal period and the minimum donation required.

3. Change of Team Member

In the interest of fairness, team leaders in the Open Team Category CANNOT be changed. Changing your team leader will result in the disqualification of the whole team. However, you can still change your team member(s) before the event. Charges would be applied if you would like to change team member(s) after the certain period. For details, please refer to "Change of Team Member". 

Please note that the change of team member fee is non-refundable. It cannot be regarded as donation and is not tax-deductible. Oxfam Trailwalker is a challenging team event. Participants are strongly recommended to allow adequate time for training and team-building before the event. Please avoid changing team members in the last month before the event. Changing team members at the start of the event is also not advised.
