You can change your team member(s) during the following phases:

Late Change of Team Member Phase I	HK$200 (per member)	16 October 2024 – 31 October 2024 18:00	Via online team page Login to the OTW System Visit your team page to edit / change team member(s) Pay the Late Change Fee by credit card By post or email Fill in the Change of Team Member Form and submit it with payment record to Oxfam Hong Kong by post or email
Late Change of Team Member Phase II	HK$500 (per member)	1 November 2024 – Event Day	1 - 8 November at 18:00 Via online team page Login to the OTW System Visit your team page to edit / change team member(s) Pay the Late Change Fee by credit card By email Fill in the Change of Team Member Form and submit it with payment record to Oxfam Hong Kong by email After 8 November, all change requests will be handled on the Event Day. Fill in the Change of Team Member Form and pay the fee in cash at the Registration Hall, Start Point

Please note that the Late Change of Team Member Fee is non-refundable. It cannot be regarded as a donation and is not tax deductible.
