You can change your team member(s) during the following phases:

Late Change of Team Member Phase II	HK$500	100KM: 30 October 2026 at 6:01pm – 20 November 2026 (Event Day) 20KM: 30 October 2026 at 6:01pm – 9 November 2026 at 6:00pm	30 October at 6:01pm - 9 November at 6:00pm Via online team page Login to the OTW System Visit your team page to add / edit team member(s) Pay the Late Change Fee by credit card By email Fill in the Change of Team Member Form and submit it with payment record to Oxfam Hong Kong by email 100KM After 9 November at 6:00pm, all change requests will be handled on the Event Day. Fill in the Change of Team Member Form and pay the fee in cash at the Registration Hall, Start Point. 20KM After 9 November at 6:00pm, no further change requests will be accepted.

Please note that the Late Change of Team Member Fee is non-refundable. It cannot be regarded as a donation and is not tax deductible.
