Collection of walkers’ bag for Super Trailwalker and 24-hour teams
To ensure a smooth operation for the new Start time at 8:30am this year, please note the following special arrangements :
1. Collection of Walkers’ bag prior to the event ( One bag per team each containing 4 barcode bracelets, 4 number bibs and 1 energy food redemption coupon)
Either the Team Leader or the Coordinator of Oxfam Super Trailwalker and 24-hour teams MUST go to Oxfam office to collect and acknowledge receipt of the walkers’ bag personally:

Remarks: Teams are reminded to bring all items of the walker’s bag to the Start Point. Teams failing to do so will not be registered and will be treated as non-starter teams.
2. Change of Team members
To shorten on-site registration time, Oxfam Super Trailwalker and 24-hour teams are NOT allowed to change team members on event day. Teams wanting to change team member are advised to do so on 16-18 November at Oxfam office. Please submit the change of team member form, proof of finishing time of the new member at either OTW 2012, 2013 or 2014 together with a fee of HKD200 for each member changed.
Remarks: Qualified Super and 24-hour teams should not make any further changes to member combination. We will verify teams’ qualification from time to time. Any Super and 24-hour teams found to have insufficient non-qualified members might be re-allocated to a new team number with a new start time.
3. Registration at Start Point

4. Registration Procedures
Each walker please put on the bracelet and number bib and fill out and sign the “Disclaimer / Indemnity” form accordingly (in accordance with pre-registered walker sequence) before entering registration hall.
After entering the hall, please follow the instructions from volunteers who will scan the barcodes and take photo for your team.
After completing registration procedures, please proceed to start area by 8:15am.
